This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy and profitability to dividend policy. The population in this study are manufacturing componies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014. By using purposive sampling there are 52 companies who determine of the sample. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed managerial ownership, debt policy anda profitability simultaneously effect on dividend policy. While partially, managerial ownership and debt policy have a effect on dividend policy, while the profitability has no effect on dividend policy.
