This study aimed to determine the factors that influence bond ratings so that there is no default and also the researcher wants to analyze whether there is a significant effect of liquidity, profitability, maturity, productivity, and the company's growth on bond ratings to companies listed in PEFINDO for theperiod 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was Saturation Sampling. The samples of this research consist of 140 firms from 2013 to 2017.Technical analysis of the data is the ordinal logistic regressions analysis with the help SPSS 23 for windows. Based on the result of ordinal logistic regression analysis with significant was 5% has proved that profitability, and company growth significant effect on bond rating, while liquidity, maturity, and productivity does not effect the bond ratings.
