According to this research, the goal of the researchers would like to see and study the extend to which the financial performance in the service area of the Surabaya City that income goes well, efficiently, effectively and the extent to which local governments do not too much dependent on the Central Government. Financial performance analysis in this study uses the ratio effectiveness, the ratio of tax revenue to the region’s native region, the ratio of the area of the original income levy and regional trend analysis.
