- The research, entitled “The influence of profitability, assets structure, firm size and business risk of the funding decisions companies listed in the Indonesia stock exchange”. This study aimed to determine the influence significance of profitability, assets structure, firm size, and business risk simultaneously and partially of the company’s listed funding decisions in the Indonesia stock exchange. The used type of data is secondary data. Sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The results of this study are profitability, assets structure, firm size and business risk simultaneously and significantly influence funding decisions. Partially, the results of this study are profitability and firm size has significant influence on the funding decisions. Assets structure and business risk has not significant influence on the funding decisions. Keyword : funding decisions, profitability, assets structure, firm size and business
