- This study aims to determine the Residual Business Results each year and to determine the relationship between the Residual Business Results annually from the income minus the burden / cost. Subek in this research is Primary Cooperative of TNI Navy of Marine Corps Base Surabaya (Primkopal Lanmar Surabaya) and its object is Time Operating Result from income and expense / cost. The type of data collected is quantitative from sources of income in Primkopal Lanmar Surabaya collected using documentation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of target achievement of the remaining business results in Primkopal Lanmar Surabaya in stable condition. Despite an increase in the decline in Operating Income in the last four years has remained constant. Keywords: Time of Business Result, Income, Expense / Cost
