  • Value of the firm is an illustration of the company's performance. Firms have to make a good financial decisions in order to increase the value of the firm. This study aimed to determine the effect of leverage on firm’s value with CSR disclosure and GCG as a moderating variables. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2016 period. The number of samples taken was 41 companies. The method to collect data was purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study it is known that (1) leverage has a significant negative effect on firm value, (2) CSR disclosure is able to moderate the influence of leverage on firm value, and (3) GCG is not able to moderate the influence of leverage on firm value.
