This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on firm value of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2015-2017, with 132 samples selected by using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression with the application instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The result of data can be conclude that : 1) Profitability significant positive effect on firm value, 2) Liquidity significant negative effect on firm value, 3) Capital Structure significant positive effect on firm value. Key words : profitability, liquidity, capital structure, firm value.
