- The study aims to determine whether there is influence of asset structure, fim size, profitability and likuidity at manufacturecompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2017. The samples are 117 companies which have been selected by using purposive sampling. The data collected by documentary method is using secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the aplication instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The result of the reasearch shows that structure asset has a negative not significant effect on structure modal, firm size has a positive not sinificant on structure modal, profitability has a negative significant on structure modal and likuidity has a negative not significant on structure modal in manufacture cimpanies. Key words : Aseet Structure, Firm Size, Profitability, Likuidity, and Capital Structure.
