- Problems concerning the implementation of Good Corporate Governance may lead to poor banking services. This study aims to determine the effect, how, as well as obstacles in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on improving services in Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Branch Office Pemuda Surabaya. Statement of the questionnaire obtained from previous studies covering five aspects, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness by distributing questionnaires were 42 respondent data. These results indicate that Good Corporate Governance affects the quality of services, and has been applied properly so that customers feel the benefits in the aspect of independence. There are also implications for research that is the image of the Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Branch Office Pemuda Surabaya are getting better and will be a healthy bank.
