- This research aims to obtain information and empirical evidence of the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure and size on financial performance of manufacturing companies. The sample in this research is the agricultural sector manufacturing company for the period 2012-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained 102 data. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that managerial ownership has a positive effect on the company's financial performance, institutional ownership has a negative effect on the company's financial performance, capital structure has a negative effect on the company's financial performance and company size does not affect the company's financial performance.
