Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Ethical-Climate Egoism, Fair Treatment, Dan Tingkat Keseriusan Kesalahan Terhadap Intensitas Dalam Menerapakan Whistleblowing-System

- Whistleblowing system is a system of violance disclosure or unethical actions that can be harmfull for organizations or stakeholders. This research is using PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III Surabaya as the research object. This research aimed to test the influence of organization commitment, ethical-climate egoism, fair treatment and the error level to the intensity in implementing a whistleblowing-system. This research is using primary data which collected from questionanaire surveys. The research uses Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares as an analytical model and use PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) III Surabaya’s employee as a sample based on purposive sample criteria. Predetermined criteria by researcher is employee with a minimum two years of service and respondents who are related to whistleblowing-system. Based on the evaluation results of the outer model states that the independent variables passed the validity test and reliability test which shows that there is accuracy, consistency, and accuracy of instrumentation in measuring the research construct. The results of inner model analysis show that organizational commitment, ethical-climate egoism, and the error level have a significant effect to the intensity of implementing whistleblowing system while a fair treatment does not have a significant effect to the intensity of implementing whistleblowing system.
