  • Various types of companies in Indonesia cannot be separated from the possibility of the risk of fraud, one of which is corruption. How to reduce this problem, a person must have the intention to do a whistleblowing. Whistleblowing is an activity of reporting fraud that occurs in an organization without showing the identity. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, idealism ethical orientation and moral intensity to whistleblowing intention. This research is included in quantitative research. The data that used in this study is primary data which is derived from the questioner given to 50 respondents who working as the employee in PT PLN North Surabaya Region. The sampling is done by used the method of purposive sampling which is the technique of sampling with certain conditions. Data analysis techniques that used in this study are validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test consisting of several tests, descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, feasibility test model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment affects Whistleblowing Intention, Idealism Ethical Orientation affects Whistleblowing Intention, and Moral Intensity affects Whistleblowing Intention.
