  • Firm value is a condition that the company achieves as an illustration of public trust in the company's performance. Factors that influence firm value are dividend policy, leverage and firm risk with profitability as a moderating variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, leverage and firm risk, and profitability. The subject of this study consisted of property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017 and used a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study used multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the regression analysis are dividend policy does not affect the firm value, leverage has a positive effect on firm value, and firm risk has a negative effect on firm value. The result of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test is that profitability is not able to moderate the effect of dividend policy on firm value, but profitability is able to moderate the effect of firm risk and leverage on firm value.
