- This study aims to determine the implementation of Quality Control to minimize defects in "plastic bag" products and implementation of Quality Control to minimize rework on "plastic bag" products. This research was conducted at PT. Rajawali Tanjungsari, which is addressed at Jl. Trosobo Km 23 in Tanjungsari village, Taman Sidoarjo sub-district. The data in this study were collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of Quality Control is very important to do on plastic bag products at PT. Rajawali Tanjungsari because in each production process the Quality Control process is carried out, so that the implementation of Quality Control can minimize the occurrence of defects in plastic bag and implementation of Quality Control can also minimize the occurrence of rework in plastic bag at PT.
