This research aims to analyze the factors influence cost of equity capital on real estate companies registered/listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. Sampling sensus method was used in this study. This study used IBM SPSS 23.0 to the data analysis. The result shows information asimetry, voluntary disclosure, good corporate governance and stock beta did not influence on cost of equity capital, meanwhile size influence on cost of equity capital on real estate companies registered/listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017.
