- Financing of official travel across government agencies often find non-compliance staff and non-staff in the delivery of evidences and the submission of accountability reports on official travel. This study aims to determine the compliance of travel budgeting system in the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of East Java Province. This research method using qualitative research method using data collection technique, documentation, and field study that is interview. Based on the result of the research, it is known that the compliance of accounting system of official travel budgeting in Public Relations Bureau and Protocol of East Java Province is still lack of discipline because there is no strict sanction from Provincial Government or from Minstry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia.
