Evaluasi Penggunaan Sistem SAP Dan AP2T Pada Piutang Tak Tertagih PT PLN (Persero) Area Surabaya Utara

- Incidence of bad debts on PT PLN due to arrears from customers. PT PLN North Surabaya Region has two systems to controlling those bad debts with Aplikasi Pelayanan Pelanggan Terpadu (AP2T) and System, Application, and Product in data processing (SAP). This study attempt to understanding AP2T and SAP systems are running well and effective. Methods that used in this study are interview method which is done with Accounting Staff and Bad Debts Staff, documentation method to retrieve bad debts data by screenshots AP2T and SAP systems, and observation method of AP2T and SAP systems. Based on the usage evaluation of AP2T and SAP sytems on bad debts found an error that occurs when inputing bad debts data into both systems. Those error caused by system user that are not careful enough. This study implications for Accounting Staff as well as Bad Debts Staff.
