The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of financial knowledge on behavior of workers in Sidoarjo with the internal locus of control as good mediation. Total of respondents are 177 worker in sidoarjo. The results showed the is a that positive effect of the financial knowledge on behavior management, and locus of controlfound as mediating variabel between financial knowledge and financial management behavior.
