The main purose of a company is to earn a large profit. High or low profit that companies earned can show good or bad of company performance. The purpose of this study are to know the effect of capital structure, managerial ownership, and firm size on manufacture corporate performance listed in BEI for 2014-2016. Total sample is 38 companies determined throught purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is multilple linear regression analyze. The result of this study showed that capital structure has negative effect on corporate performance, managerial ownership and firm size has no effect on corporate performance.
