- This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of business expectations, performance expectations, self-efficacy and trust mediated by customer satisfaction with the intention to repurchase through the Tokopedia application in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study that uses questionnaires as data sources. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who had Tokopedia and had at least once traded in Tokopedia. Data analysis technique uses partial least square analysis with Warp-PLS version 6.0. The results showed that business expectations had no significant effect on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction.
