- The level of customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the performance and commitment of the agent who melayni. When the agents and clients are closer together, the agent will be trusted by the customer. The development of the life insurance industry also reflects one's concern for family and neighbor. Manpower is one important factor that must be considered by the company in order to achieve its objectives. Here in demand the ability of the company in managing human resources as a company's operational executive power to produce efficiency and results in every company's activities. There are five dimensions that determine emotional intelligence, namely: the understanding of self potential, the ability to cultivate self potential, the spirit of achieving the target, the ability to understand the feelings and needs of others and the ability to understand the feelings and needs of others and the ability to adapt and influence others. The potential of intelligence needs to be continuously explored, trained and applied in everyday life. The method used to conduct this research is qualitative method in the form of questionnaire.
