- The banking industry han an important role in the economy especially in providing an channeling funds for the economic development of the society. Competition between banks is increasing, then the services provided Jatim Bank Jombang Branch should be more optimal. Customer services as the forefront must provide excellent service. the purpose of this study is to determine the role of Customer Service services in increasing customer satisfaction Jatim Bank Jombang Branch. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 62 respondents from customers Jatim Bank Jombang Branch and the results of this study indicate that the service Customer Service positively affects customer satisfaction. It is suggested for the next researcher to be able to expand the research area so that it is not only limited to one region, and it is expected to increase the number of respondents and for Jombang Bank Branch should add two Customer Service officer to facilitate service to the customer.
