- Gold savings products is one of the first investment product in Indonesia issued by PT. Pegadaian. The system used in the gold savings products is a system of leave to buy gold. The purpose of this research is to know the accounting system and response Services savings gold PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Dinoyotangsi Surabaya. Methods used in this research is descriptive, i.e. research obtained through interviews with the cashier and the spread of kueisoner gold savings customers, as well as using secondary data i.e. use literarur books and other relevant sources.
