- The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of investment opportunity, institusional ownership, leverage, and growth on dividens policy at food and beverage company that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. Four hypothesizes have been proposed in this research. The impact of investments opportunity on dividend policy in the first hypothesis the impact of institusional dividend policy in the second hypothesis the impact of leverage on dividends policy in the third hypothesis and the impact of growth on dividend policy in the fourth hypothesis have been tested multiple linier regression model has been used for analyzing the data and testing the research hypothesis statistical society includes accepted companies in Indonesian stock exchange 2012-2016 .Techniques on this research using purposive sampling. The results of this research show that investment opportunity, institusional ownership, and growth does not affect the dividend policy. While leverage effect on dividend policy.
