  • Fraud is the use of one’s occupation for personal enrichment through the deliberate misuse or application of the employing organization’s resources or assets. This research was conducted to determine the influence of intern control, love of money, religious faith, organizational justice, and organizational commitment to fraud act. This research uses 89 intern auditors of company that joined in Communication Forum Unitary Internal Supervisory in East Java as the respondent by using purposive sampling. This is quantitative research, which data will be analyzed by using multiple regression in SPSS software version 23. The results of this research indicate that the intern control and religious faith have significant effect to prevent fraud, but organizational justice and organizational commitment have no significant effect to prevent fraud, and love of money has no significant effect to fraud act. This results are expected to develop new knowledge also as a consideration for management company in planning to prevent fraud act.
