- this study aims to determine the influence of dividend policy, leverage, profitability, and investment opportunities to investment decisions on property and real estate sector in indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2016. the sample of research used 51 samples of property and real estate company. the type of data used is secondary data from each company property and real estate and sampling is done by purposive sampling. data analysis using multiple regression analysis, method which initial by classical test for normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. hypothesis testing is done by using f test, determinant coefficient test and t test. the results of this study indicate that the variable profitability and investment opportunities effect on investment decisions, while variable dividend policy and leverage have no affect on investment decisions of property companies and real estate.
