Pengaruh intellectual capital, struktur kepemilikan dan struktur pengelolaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bei tahun 2012-2016

- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual capital, ownership structure, and management structure of the profitability. The study population is 38 mining company 2012-2016. Sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, and the final sample are 28 companies. The method used in study is a partial least square (PLS). The result show that show that intellectual capital have a significant effect to profitability. However variable ownership structure has no effect on profitability while variable management structure also has no effect on profitability. These result indicate that there is some influence of the eksogen variable on the endogen variable are weak, it indicates there are other factors that can effect the dependent variable in this study, for the future researcher, it can be used as a reference in the development of research.
