- This study aims to know whether financial ratio can be used in predicting the probability on financial distress in manufacture company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in study are manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period 2010 – 2013. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The study sample size is 55 companies. The data used in the research is secondary data. Data collected based on the financial reporting of the company that seen from Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). This study use a logistic regression analysis as the test tool. The result of this study indicate that the financial ratio influential to the probability of financial distress in manufacture company. The result shows that debt equity ratio and net profit are significant variables to determine the condition of financial distress of a firm.
