- This studies objectives were to examine the effect of locus of control, position organization, role conflict and organizational culture on internal auditor job satisfaction. The data were collected in this research using a questionnaire. Data collected from respondents who have returned the answer is as many as 59 questionnaire respondents. The sample in this study is the internal auditor of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector in the area of Surabaya and Sidoarjo. This data is then analyzed using SPSS 17.0 for windows. By using the method of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables indicate that the study supports the hypothesis that suggests the influence of role conflict on job satisfaction. Thus the results of this study also stated that the influential role conflict on job satisfaction is acceptable.
