- This studies objectives were to examine the effect of financial leverage to firm value of food and beverage industries in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE). Observation samples consist of food and beverage industries in Indonesian Stock Exchange for an observation period of 2006 until 2010. The data were collected from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and the Investmen World that provides stock price information. The result of this research by using 73 samples of food and bevearges comapanies with regression analysis method indicated that financial leverage has negatively influence firm value.
