- The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of investment decision, financing decision and dvident policy on firm value. The population is food and beverages company which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this research, the sample collection technique has been determined by using purposive sampling and it has 8 samples of food and beverages companies which distribute their divident share continuosly in 2011-2015. The classic assumption test and multiple linear regressions which are used for hypothesis test is used for data analysis in this research. The result of this research shows that investment decision has negative and insignificant influence to the value of the company. Whereas financing decision and dividend policy has positive and significant influence to the value of the firm. Keywords: investment decision, financing decision, divident policy, firm value
