- Based on factor analysis, the result of the factors analysis on the resend of buying at supermarket Bilka in Surabaya is that the seven factors, Factor products include varieties of products, services, arrangement of goods, quality, completeness of product. Factor response include affordable price, speed of checkout, customer satisfaction. factors store atmopheric include cleanliness, comfort, safety. factors design and promotion includes entertainment, interior, product tester, advertising. The price factor and distribution covers the suitability of prices, public facilities, does not know the holidays, loyal customers. Factors event and services include product demonstrations, promotions, directions, handling complaints and factors physical include location, parking area, easy to finding items.The purpose of this research is to know the factors that influence purchasing decisions at the supermarket Bilka in Surabaya. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaire distributed to 130 respondent Bilka supermarket customers in Surabaya.
