  • This research tries to investigate whether the independent variables of LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, ROE, and NIM both simultaneously and partially have significant effect toward CAR and which variable has the dominant effect toward CAR on Go Public National Private Commercial Banks. It uses secondary data for the analysis and collecting method in this research uses documentation method. The data are taken from published financial report from first quarter of year 2011 until second quarter of year 2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The data were processed by using SPSS version 24 input results and F-test to see the effect simultaneously as well as t-test to see the effect partially. The result of the research shows that LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, ROE, and NIM simultaneously hav e significant effect toward CAR . LDR and NIM partially have positive significant effect toward CAR . LAR partially have negative significant effect toward CAR . IPR, NPL, APB, FBIR, ROA, and ROE partially have negative insignificant effect toward CAR . IRR and BOPO partially have positive insignificant effect toward CAR . While among the eleven variables, the most dominant variable is LAR that is 60,84 percent.
