  • The advent of smartphone and mobile application give a unique chance for the Bank to answering customer’s need more complex nowadays. Customers want to make transaction more easyly wherever they are. Factors that can affecting decision of using mobile app lication include benefit, easy of use, and enjoyment perception with intention to use as the mediating variable. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of benefit, easy of use, and enjoyment perception on decision of using e - Cash with intentio n to use as the mediating variable. This study include in primer data because using questionnaires to collect the data d i s t r i b u t e d t o 8 0 r e s p o n d e n t s w i t h u s i n g non probability sampling and purposive sampling and the criteria are e - Cash user, respondent in Surabaya, minimal 19 th years old and already transact at least three times in the last three months. This study using SEM PLS 2.0 as analysis method to determine the influence of benefit perception, easy of use, and enjoyment perception on decision of usi ng e - Cash with intention to use as the mediating variable . The result of this study showed that benefit perception, enjoyment perception have positif significant effect on intention of use. Easy of use have negative significant effect on intention of use a nd intention of use have positive significant effect on decision of use.
