- The environmental issues of concern to many parties. Society wants these impacts can be controlled by the environment ministry because PROPER issued to increase the role of the company on the environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of environmental performance on economic performance with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as an intervening variable. The population of this research is all the manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and participated in PROPER. Types of data used is secondary. The collection of research data used purposive sampling method. Analysis tool used is descriptive statistics, regression analysis and path analysis (sobel test). The result of this research is environmental performance does not significantly effect on economic performance, environmental performance significantly effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Responsibility significantly effect on economic performance and environmental performance indirectly to economic performance through Corporate Social Responsibility.
