- This research aims to examine the effect of investment decision, financing decision, and dividend policy to the firm value manufacturing companies listed in indonesia stock exchange (BEI). Population of this research is listed public company at Indonesia Stock Exchange with manufacturing company as sample. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. Samples were collected from 16 manufacture companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2014 period. The data used in this study are annual report companies and dividend payment’s information in IDX statistic. The analysis procedure were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research show that : investment decision have a negative significant influence to the firm value, but financing decision and dividend policy have a positive not significant influence to the firm value. Simultanously, these variables have significant influence to the firm value. Key words : investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, firm value
