- The purpose of this study is to examine the positive influence financial report performance on stock return in manufaktur companies listed in indonesian stock exchange. Measures of financial reports include the changes of cash ratio (CR), debt equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), and price to earning ratio (PER). This research used secondary data collected through Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), for an observation period of 2009-2012. The data are collected using purposive sampling method. While other variables, namely CR and ROE had no significant effect on stock returns. While other variables, namely DER and PERhad significant effect on stock returns. The result of this analysis indicates that simultaneously all independent variable (CR, DER, ROE, PER) has a positive and significant effect to dependent variable (return).
