- Product knowledge is needed in the business world because of inferences made consumers for products based on its experience and information that will help build confidence in a product. The belief that a consumer opinions about the confidence in the estimate of the benefits to be obtained on a product will help build consumer purchase intentions. Smartfren Andromax who released on 1.5 years ago, product knowledge and confidence needed to build its prospective purchase intention. This study examined the relationship of confidence and knowledge of the product to potential users purchase intention Smartfren Andromax in Sidoarjo. By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and spread 100 questionnaires, amak showed that significant bepengaruh product knowledge to the trust; pengerahuan products significantly influence purchase intention; and trust significantly influence purchase intention.
