- This research aims to analyze the influence of variables are considered to have an influence on the value of the company in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015. Factors examined in this study is institutional ownership and foreign ownership, the value of the company and disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The method used is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis. The data used in this study is 62 samples data. hypothesis testing using the F test, t-test, r2 and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with a significance level (a) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has an influence on mining companies the value of the company. However, the variable of foreign ownership has no impact on the mining company's enterprise value. disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable does not have the effect of institutional ownership and foreign ownership in the company's value.
