- The objectives of this research is to examine the impact of Coerporate social responsibility, corporate governance structure (institusional ownership, manajerial ownership and size of audit commite) towards financial firm perfomance. Sampel of this research is minning companies listed on the indonesia stock exchangeand in 2010 to 2014, which are 13 firm. Purposive sampling was used as samplng method. Data analysis method used was multiple regression analysis. Result of this research indicate that manajerial ownership significantly effect on firm performance. However, corporate social responsibility, institusional ownership and size of audit commitee hasn’t effect towards firm performance. Keyword: CSR, Corporate Governance Structure , firm permormance.
