- This research has a purpose to examine whether there is any significant effect partially from good corporate governance,capital structure, return on equity,and company size to company value. The samples consist of 39 firms on Indonesian Stock Exchange (three times in a row) from 2009 through 2011. Data used in this research are financial statement. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is multiple regression. To analyzed the data using software SPSS ver. 16.0. Before the first regression test performed a classical assumptions test. The results showed that regression models free of symptoms of normality. The results of these research show that : (1) good corporate governance had no significant influence to company value in partial; (2) capital structure had no significant influence to company value in partial; (3) return on equity had an influence and postive value relevance to company value in partial; (4 )company size had an influence and postive value relevance to company value in partial.
