  • In the competitive, global environment and turbulence, quality is the only key to survive. Attention to the quality will positively impact the business on the cost of production and financial performance. Total Quality Managementis a concept to respond to the situation. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of total quality management and financial performance in the manufacturing business unit. This study used a sample of manufacturing firms listed in IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in Sidoarjo, Surabaya and Gresik. Respondents of this research is Production Manager, Quality Manager, Marketing Manager, and Finance Manager with number of respondents 31 respondents. The data was conducted by use of SPSS program with multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the variable quality commitment, employee involvement, customer focus, fact-based management, control and monitoring ofprocesses can simultaneously affect the company's financial performance.
