- Capital structure problem is an important issue for every company, as well as bad capital structure will have an immediate effect on the financial position of the company. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of assets structure, financial performance, size, and the company's growth againts capital structure. Population in this study are listed manufacturing companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2009 until the year 2011 with a sample of 66 manufacturing companies. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Processing and analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. Test data used for multiple linear regression that is testing the classical assumptions. The result of this study show that assets structure have a significant effect on capital structure. Keywords : assets structure, financial performance, size, the company’s growth and capital structure.
