- This research aims to find out the effect of relationship quality of loyalty with satisfaction and commitment of saving product Bank BNI in Surabaya. The type of data in use is the primary data spreading to the users use questionnaire with respondent customer of Bank BNI in Surabaya. The purpose to use customer Bank BNI in Surabaya as respondent to collecting response about saving product Bank BNI. The measurement by the use of a scale likert with scale of 1 to 5. A number of data were collected 100 respondent. The result in this research is all hypotesis significant. Keywords : Relationship Quality, Loyalty, Satisfaction, Commitment
