- The main objectives of this study was to determine the attitudes, information, and purchase intention to re-purchase decisions on Dancow toddler milk products in Surabaya.Design / methodology / approach – this research design using non-random sampling with judgement sampling. Respondents were selected using a consideration of the individual’s ability to provide certain types of information required by the study. Data were collected from 140 respondents who have purchased the products in Surabaya Dancow toddler milk at least two years of purchase.Regression analisys was used to test the hypotesis. The findings of this paper are negative attitudes have a significant effect on purchase intention, the information has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, where as the purchase intention variable has a significant negative re buying decision. The method analysis used in this research was using the program of SPSS version 16.00.Research limitations / implications – the limitations of this research is targetting customers who live in Surabaya, the customer purchased the products last a minimum of two years.
