  • This research investigate the effect of using Poster presentation media in speaking class. This research was to find out whether teaching speaking by poster presentation could increase students speaking skill, especially in aspect of speaking. A Quasi-Experimental was used by researcher as a methodology of this research. For taking a data, the researcher was used an oral test as instrument in both pre-test and post-test. The population of this research are the second year of Junior High School at MTs Daarul Hikmah Pekayon-Kab.Tangerang. This research takes 60 students as a sample and divided it into two classes there are control group and experimental group. The research finding shows that t-test (to) was higher than t-table (tt) with significant degree of 5% (20,14 > 1,67). In addition, the result of this research showed that Ha was accepted because t-test was higher than t-table. It can be concluded that using Poster Presentation media can increase students speaking skill with some aspects which are improved including students' fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and comprehension.
