- The main reason for this research is to know what affects perceived risk and consumer intention to repurchasing online. Location of this this research is in Jakarta. The development of technology and internet are growing rapidly. This development affects other industries as well, such as e-commerce, which getting more popular in Indonesia. Case study, Traveloka, which one of the companies that provides itinerary and hotel arrangement. This research is descriptive quantitative research with 138 respondents were collected by convenience sampling method. This research also used analysis method, which is called SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result indicated that 4 out of 7 variables that are significant and supported by data, and the rest are not significant and not supporter by data. According to the research, it will affect perceived risk and trust towards the consumer intention to repurchase online. In this research, it used variable perceived online risk, trust in online vendor, Trust on third party assurance, consumer propensity to trust, cultural environment of trust, consumer attitude toward online purchasing, and consumer intention to repurchasing online.
