The data collected in the field is the quantitative characteristics and blood sample TTS. The number of samples taken TTS 160 males and females aged 1-2 years old. The sampling was done in the highland and lowland in Province of Jambi. Research in the laboratory includes; DNA isolation, amplification and gel purification. Restriction enzyme MspI and AluI using PCR &#x2013; RFLP. &#xD; Data analysis includes, frequency of genes, heterozygosity values, Informative Polymorphic Content and the balance of GH gene genotype.
