- The mobility of skilled workers across the ASEAN country under the Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The MRA in accountancy supports the mobility of accountants, enhances accountancy services and establishes the best practice in the region (Yue,2011). Accountants work in business organization firms, and universities and carry out tasks in the area of tax law and compliance, auditing, assurance, accounting system, forensic accounting and fraud examination.
