- The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and relation between leadership style on employee performance was mediated by job satisfaction at Agriculture, Food Plant and Horticulture Service Agam District.
